At Iguana Palms, we stand behind the quality of our palm trees. Thats why every tree we install is covered by our 1-year warranty. 

We will provide you a one-time replacement of a comparable palm tree if the one we sell and install dies within a year from purchase date. You are not required to hire Iguana Palms to install your replacement palm tree. To process a warranty claim, we may request a photo of the tree to assess eligibility.

Please Note: The warranty does not apply to trees that die due to acts of god such as tropical storms, hurricanes, flooding, weather and so forth.
