This Addendum is incorporated into and forms part of the Installation Agreement between Iguana Palms and the Customer. By proceeding with installation, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. Lawn & Property Damage

Iguana Palms will take reasonable precautions to protect the Customer’s lawn during installation. However, due to the nature of the work — which involves heavy machinery and large trees — some degree of lawn damage may be unavoidable. Iguana Palms is not liable for incidental lawn damage occurring during installation.

2. Underground Utilities — Customer Responsibility

Knowledge of all underground utilities, irrigation lines, and other subsurface infrastructure is the Customer’s responsibility. Iguana Palms has no means to independently verify what lies beneath the installation area. Failure to locate utilities prior to installation may result in costly repairs and significant project delays, which are the Customer’s responsibility.

Action Required Before Installation:

• If utility locations are unknown, call 8-1-1 for a FREE utility locating service offered by your County.
• Allow a minimum of 3 business days for locating to be completed before installation begins.
• Customer is responsible for all costs associated with utility repairs caused by undisclosed or unlocated utilities.
